新华网上海10月8日电 （记者杨金志）8日下午，上海浦东新区惠南镇通济路发生一起劫持人质事件，警方经3个多小时周旋后成功解救被劫人质，劫持人质的持刀男子被制服。8日13时30分左右，一名男子在通济大桥劫持一名年轻女子。谈判专家在现场对这名男子进行耐心劝说。与此同时，警方做好了各种应对预案。17时10分左右，劫持者已显得相当疲惫。这时，一辆轿车开上桥面，从车后座突然冲出三名民警，乘男子不备将人质一举解救。随后，十多名民警一拥而上，将劫持人质的男子按倒在地。人质和劫持者都无恙。据现场目击者称，这起劫持事件疑因感情纠葛引起。目前警方正在进一步调查中。

 

9月23日零时许，上海警方在青浦区成功解决一起持刀劫持人质案，劫持者被警方制服，被劫持女子无大碍。22日下午4时许，上海青浦区发生一起劫持人质案件。事发地点在上海青浦区华科路的佳佳宾馆，一名男子持刀将一名女子劫持在二楼的一个客房内。据悉，两人为恋爱关系，事发原因可能是情感纠纷。接到报警后，警方迅速赶到现场处置。在约８个小时的时间里，警方布置了各种预案，并一直对这名男子进行说服教育。9月23日凌晨，警方突然采取强攻手段，夺下男子手中的刀具，并将其制服。被劫持女子无碍，因受到惊吓、体力透支而被救护车送走。（记者杨金志）
